He couldn't bring himself to say that the Iraq people were safer.
He ran off this quote about how the US was safer, the world was safer, and started to mention the Iraqis, but I couldn't finish the "are safer" forumula with them. He had to say that they were looking forward to freedom, or something like that. I don't have the exact quote.
