Irony Dept.: Bush's French tailor, Georges de Paris
He's been the White House tailor for four decades and he and Bush get along famously. Junior even recommends him to fellow Republicans:

<snip>

Sometimes, President Bush even acts as de Paris’s agent. Last year, he told Rep. Jim Ramstad (R) of Minnesota during a meeting at the White House that he "should see my tailor, who works around the corner." Ramstad did and bought a dark blue cashmere suit, which drew compliments from colleagues on the House floor.

De Paris didn't care much for Clinton, who he described as "cold" and "distant." Clinton, "didn't even know he was there," according to de Paris.

Guess he had more important things on his mind, like running the world.

My point with this post, by the way, is not to poke fun at the French, who have contributed more to Western civilization than our country ever will, even if, by some miracle, we last another 1,000 years. Just wanted you lurking freepers to know that your exalted leaders don't let French-bashing get in the way of personal comfort.

1. Does that mean he wears Freedom suits?
I hate to defend Bush on this one, but it IS possible that he doesn't even know his tailor is French. What are the odds that he even knows where Paris is?
