No matter how devastating the impact of Kerry's performance was,
Bush simply cannot afford to lose.A loss would expose him and his gang of criminals to the same situation Augusto Pinochet has faced in Chile. As Kofi Annan has said, "There is no statute of limitations on War Crimes".These words are going to be ringing in their ears and even a Presidential pardon won't do the trick. So, he is going to go all out for a victory, by legal or extra legal means.

1. how true.
which is why we MUST maintain a vigil against these upcoming October Surprises.

Rove will do anything to avoid jail. Same with Perle, Rummy, Wolfie and Cheney.

3. W and the Neo Fascists have commited other crimes.
He and his Neo Fascists believe that the are way above any laws, domestic or Intl. Will there be justice in Amerika or will these criminals get away with their crimes?

4. A few months ago he said to Tim Russert " I am not going to lose".
At that time I thought it was an arrogant statement but I now realize he was just repeating it to himself, like a little boy, what he has to do to avoid Augusto Pinochet's fate.

5. On the 60th Anniversary of the Nuremberg Tribunal, in 2005, what
would be more appropriate as a memorial to a great American, Justice Robert Jackson, than the reconvening of the same tribunal, at America's initiative ,to try its domestically grown War Crminals? Such an initiative would erase the stain on our country brought on by Bush and reestablish our commitment to the Rule of Law.I pray for that day.
