Those canadian drugs are dangerous!!!!
Hell, I don't have any prescription medication, but any drugs I've ever had from Canada have been better than the ones in the USA!!!

Way to go insulting our next door neighbors Bush.

11. Please, send us cheap drugs. We'll send car parts...... A friend on
another message board who lives in Canada keeps telling me he doesn't have good auto parts stores up there.

Seems like we could cut a deal..... you know with NAFTA and all.

12. no, we're only playing dead ...
It's kind of like hiding behind the couch with the drapes drawn when you see the Jehovah's Witnesses coming down the street. We figure this way, Bush might decide to cancel that state visit after all.

I wonder if he's acting like this because once upon a time, he got hold of some of our over-the-counter medication with the codeine and it really knocked him for a loop?

2. mostly it's drug REimportation! they're USA drugs!
toronto pharmacy buys in bulk from drug company, and sells retail to americans, most notably on the internet.

oooohhh, sounds real scary!

doncha know, pharmaceuticals get cooties when they cross the border!

3. He says it like Canada doesn't have any regulation at all.
As if drug companies just show up with random boxes full of unmarked pills and they hand them out to the population.

13. they don't? and here I've been waiting all this time in vain ...
I was in Toronto, and heard a truck coming down the street with bells on it, and figured that it had to be Pfizer or somebody handing out meds to all and sundry.

But it was only the Dickie-Dee ice cream guy.

5. Canada is now a 3d world country.
Through which drugs are funneled from another 3d world country - the USA.

7. He never finished the sentence. He just said "third world" - so Canada
is a "third world". I'm not sure where the second one is.

6. Most of the drugs in Canada are imported from the U.S.
The drug companys sell them to Canadian retailers for less than half what they sell them to American retailers, and have threatened to cut them off if they sell to Americans.
So you would be buying the same drug.

8. Its great that he made that comment in MO
since about a year ago they convicted a pharmacist who was shorting people on their cancer medicine, something the drug companies should have and didn't catch.

It's the US drugs that might not be safe.
