Should the GOP beg forgiveness from Chelsea Clinton?
Edited on Fri Oct-15-04 03:42 PM by Hubert Flottz
Rush even called little Chelsea a dog and Bush was on Rush's radio show just the other day! You'd think Bush would want to distance himself from a hate filled drug addict who attacks little girls behind their backs! The DOD even uses our tax dollars, to broadcast Rush's rabid brand of GOP hate to the troops worldwide, on the Armed Forces Network! Rush IS one of the GOP's top mouth pieces!

How do you think this made this little girl feel? What did Chelsea Clinton do to Rush to cause him to attack her like that? Nothing but be a little girl! What if Rush did this to the Bush or Cheney kids?

Not Quite The Family Dog, Eh Rush?

"All that aside, Limbaugh's recent remarks directed at two Sept. 11 widows veer so far off his worn propaganda path that they bypass his "insensitive and inappropriate" statements concerning Donovan McNabb and venture into the realm of another shameful moment in broadcast history -- when he lit into 13-year-old Chelsea Clinton in 1993. "Everyone knows the Clintons have a cat. Socks is the White House cat. But did you know there is a White House dog?" Limbaugh said on TV, before holding up a picture of Chelsea."

ESPN fumbled by hiring Rush Limbaugh

snip

Shortly after Bill Clinton took office, Limbaugh had a short-lived syndicated TV show. In a widely reported incident that I viewed personally, he talked about Socks the cat and then asked his audience, "did you know there's a White House dog?" For his punchline, Limbaugh showed a photo of a 12-year-old Chelsea Clinton.

It takes a special breed of jerk to go after the under-age child of a politician who was new to the national spotlight and not participating publicly in any political events. To expose her to ridicule for her looks, at what is easily the most awkward stage of adolescence, is completely indefensible. much more.....

Lyin' Bully

By Molly Ivins

"Instead of picking on someone his own size, Rush consistently targets dead people, little girls, and the homeless--none of whom can fight back." more...

Rush Limbaugh Debates Reality

If John Kerry's remarks about Cheney's kid, are all the GOP has to run on, then the GOPers are running out of gas! It all just goes with the territory Dick!

3. I thought of this earlier today.
Chelsea was only 13. What a vulnerable age to have that kind of criticism directed at her. She has the last laugh as she has grown in to a beautiful intelligent young woman. While Rush became a felon. I don't think it should be brought up though I hope the issue will go away as we move into the weekend.

4. Maybe not but I'll bet the little girl he did that to hasn't forgotten!
These GOPers and the world need to be reminded what whining, thin skinned hypocrites they are! A 13 year old kid had to take it and the GOP can't!

6. Mary Cheney is 35 years old, a campaign worker, gay activist.....
She was the liaison to the gay community on Coors Beer payroll in the '90's to win back millions of gay beer drinkers who were boycotting Coor's anti-gay stands.

7. The head RNC man crying about Kerry's remarks on CNN ...
sparked this thread! I don't know which I despise the most, a liar, or a hypocrite, but that fool is both! God, I hate these worms!

9. I remember!
Leslie Blitzer is on CNN now, crying his little puffy eyes out, because the reserves refused to run the fuel truck gauntlet in Iraq! Maybe the troopers had a political campaign they needed to go work on, like their great Commander in Chimp did during the Nam! Leslie is ready to cry, cause the "Troops" don't support his true love and master the Chimp!

Just one big whinefest after another in GOPer land! Wolf should go and help take up the slack for the boyz in Iraq, if he really supports them! How long has it been now, since America has had a "Good Day"? A sheep in Wolf's clothing!
