I just received a call from the Bush campaign.

It was a young woman speaking with an accent. She went right into her prepared speech, "President Bush is the only candidate who can protect America from terrorists, thanks to his leadership and resolve the brutal regimes of Afghanistan and Iraq.......that is when I couldn't stand it anymore and asked, "If the brutal regime in Afghanistan has been defeated where is Osama bin Laden? She replied,"I don't know...good-bye" and hung up. Now I realize I should have asked her from where she was calling. I'm suspicious that she was in India as I had heard before that the RNC had moved a lot of campaign jobs there. The number on my caller ID was 763-000-0000. I dialed that number and received a recording saying something like the number was unavailable if you are trying to call overseas please dial 011 before the number. So I redialed using the 011 first and I got a busy tone. Anyone have any ideas how I can prove this as I would love to write to the editor complaining that Bush outsourced his own campaign workers. Come on Duers let's find out where the are and how much they are earning! Any ideas?

she had difficulty saying, "I don't know" as if her English was not that good but she could read a prepared speech.

I managed to keep a women from the NRCC on the phone for TWO AN A HALF HOURS the other day. I could hear the phone ringing off the hook in the back round. Every time she said her switchboard was full and she had to answer the other calls I said "BUT I REALLY WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY" then I went on to say why I wont be voting for bush.
Its the money part thats important. Dont be harsh. Be polite but make your case and every time they try to hang up (they wont hang up on you, you have to say "ok have a nice day goodbye") just say I want to give you money but I have a few questions.
Keep em on the phone for as long as possible.

5. I agree and I did speak in a nice tone but I wish now I would have talked

to her longer. As democraats we should be polite in our transactions.
