I'm not sure whether the war is on democracy or on terror. I just know there have been way too many senseless casualties...like freedom of speech, civility ("go fuck yourself"), more than 1,100 American soldiers, the bureau chief at Sinclair...
My mind goes blank as I reel at the list over the past four years.
Can you think of more? Help me to erect a DU memorial thread to for the victims of BushCo's war.

1. My brother was shot twice... |

Once last summer and once in November. No life long physical injuries... but he's a casualty.

he's an NCO in the 1st Armored Divison. He's back in Freisberg, Germany where the 1st Armored is stationed. He is due out in Nov. of 2005 but thinks he may do one more tour in Iraq. He was there 14 months the first time, minus two months of medivac during Dec and Jan of 2003 and 2004. Overall he's okay, though he saw some terrible things there.
