Flat screen alert
http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N18412265.htm

I wonder how a flat Tv sends an Sos signal all by itself?
Could it be the government has a new spy tool?
How long will this shit be in the news?
Long enough for people to hear it,and forgetabout it .Forget the pretty new TV guiaruntees thier privacy is gone, looks like it is, once they buy a flat screen TV

Interesting this TV law...passed long ago
Hmm why would HDTV signal be mandatory by law?
Unless it IS a spy tool? Remember...any government that is corrupted or evil gets scared shitless of citizens who are not obedient, loyal, stupid, sold out and subserviant.

because they were picking up just the carrier frequency.

no conspiracy or plan involved. it does belong in the news of the weird though.

3. well, I don't really know for sure,

but my guess is that the international distress code is not a really complicated signal. Probably just a beep at the quoted 121.5 MHz, or even just the carrier signal. So it could easily just be electrical noise from the TV, bad solder joint, exposed wire, something of that nature.

Just a guess.
