The website DVD Aficionado is a great tool for cataloging one's DVD collection. DVD Aficionado has tens of thousands of DVDs in their database and many thousands of users. There is no discernible political tilt to the site's user base.

One of the coolest features is the ability to see how many DVD Aficionado users list a particular DVD among their collections (including the categories "owned," "on order," "wish list," and "have seen"). This "who's got it" feature returns the following numbers for the various DVD editions of Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11:

Fahrenheit 9/11 (U.S. DVD): 1185
Fahrenheit 9/11 (Canadian DVD): 49
Fahrenheit 9/11 (U.K. DVD, just released yesterday): 10
