4. C-SPAN doesn't necessarily carry it live.

I don't know what the networks will do regarding coverage. This should be big news, but they are inclined to cut off Kerry events, or so I've heard. Huge bias on their part, IMHO.

Anyway, the best station for coverage should be C-SPAN, in the long run.
