1. Bush just attacked himself with that one.
If all Kerry needs is to read the paper every day to find faults with this administration, the administration must be really fucked up.

12. Bush is spouting his lies about Kerry on TV....what a lying son of a bitch
he is.....How can these people be so STUPID as to believe he is this honest, truthful man when they HEAR him say things like "my opponent won't do anything to protect our country unless he gets permission from other countries!".....They must know that's a lie....Kerry has explicitly said he reserves the right for America to defend herself unilaterally if necessary.....It makes me want to throw up!:puke:

as I once read it expressed, then Shrub is intentionally deaf and dumb.

concerned about the content of those daily headlines. He's the one who is responsible for them being there in the first place.

23. Bush then went on to decry the unfairness of the Kerry tactic.
In a Fox News exclusive the President said, "Just cuz he kin read gooder'n me, um, well, it's not fair. Karl lets me read the funny papers, and he helps me with the big words, and he says I'm smart. Not dumb like everybody says! I'm smart! Uncle Dick taught me how to say, "Headlines bad, Fox and Drudge, good!" Now gimme a pretzel.

24. George you ignorant slut.
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,98006,00.html

HUME: How do you get your news?

BUSH: I get briefed by Andy Card and Condi in the morning. They come in and tell me. In all due respect, you've got a beautiful face and everything.

I glance at the headlines just to kind of a flavor for what's moving. I rarely read the stories, and get briefed by people who are probably read the news themselves. But like Condoleezza, in her case, the national security adviser is getting her news directly from the participants on the world stage.

HUME: Has that been your practice since day one, or is that a practice that you've...

BUSH: Practice since day one.

HUME: Really?

BUSH: Yes. You know, look, I have great respect for the media. I mean, our society is a good, solid democracy because of a good, solid media. But I also understand that a lot of times there's opinions mixed in with news. And I...

HUME: I won't disagree with that, sir.

BUSH: I appreciate people's opinions, but I'm more interested in news. And the best way to get the news is from objective sources. And the most objective sources I have are people on my staff who tell me what's happening in the world.

HUME: Mr. President, thank you very much.

BUSH: Thank you, sir.

29. I'll say it again. Bush is an ideologue. There are no facts necessary
His idea is freedom is what they want, and damn it all, they will get freedom no matter how many of them or us have to die. Facts, new or old be dammed.
