1. Anderson Cooper 360 is a television program
on the CNN network. In the last part of the show, they had students asking radio personalities questions. I assume this is to what you refer.

3. Anderson Cooper is the son of Gloria Vanderbilt, of THE Vanderbilts
Gloria and Nancy Reagan are close friends, so I imagine the Vanderbilts are Republicans. The Vanderbilts owned mansions in Newport, R.I. and Ashville, N.C. but both Gloria and her father Reginald Vanderbilt spent/wasted millions and both lost much of their great inheritance. Gloria got a job, became a fashion designer, most famous for her line of "designer jeans".
