Is Iraq the new Weimar Republic?
I would like to see every nation in the world a democracy, however this is something that can not happen in under 5 or even 10 years.

WW1 - Germany lost and it had a forced 'regime change'. Germany went from being ruled by a Kaiser to a Republic in a short time.

It didn't work.

A guy by the name of Adolf Hitler soon took over and set up Nazi Germany. It was far worse than Germany under a Kaiser.

War in Iraq, 2004 - Iraq lost and it had a forced 'regime change'. Iraq went from being ruled by a sadistic dicator to a 'democracy' in a short time.

Will it work?

Ayad Allawi is a sadistic person, for example he has executed people personally.

I believe every nation in the world can become a Democracy. However, this span of time for Iraq's 'Liberation' can prove disastrous for all Iraqis.
