2. The jury is out as to whether
the curse really ended with Reagan. Taking it one step further, if something happened to Chimpy prior to the electors meeting, how would this affect those electors from states that allow them the ability to vote as they please?

3. I don't really consider it to be broken.
You have to remember that Reagan, no matter what they claim, had the beginnings of the disease he died from while he still held office. In fact I would guess they knew it and hid his condition from the people till he was out of office.

I don't feel comfortable saying the chimp was elected in 2000. Does the curse specify if a bloodless coup counts as being elected?
