Below is what I've been passing around by mail - all discovered here on this most important of all DU boards - and in some searching of my own I found that some of the most suspect townships are actually majority black.
Remember, in machine fraud it's not who administrates the county or what its demographics are - it's who controls or has access to the machines that matters.
For example optical scan/central count is exactly what it sounds like: central count.
(County administrations matter with the more traditional methodologies of voter intimidation or just faking it all behind closed doors like in Warren Cty., of course.)
To really work this scam, they would have wanted to tuck the extra votes into different precincts. But the clumsiness of ballots cast exceeding 100 percent of the registered voters in a bunch of wards is amazing - talk about exposure.
We need people hitting Cuyahoga BOE and the media about this hard today - we need to find out what machines / methods are used in each ward. I breathlessly await...

Subject: Cuyahoga Cty. Ohio: Fraud too obvious - a trick?!
This may be the definitive smoking gun!
According to the "preliminary figures" of Nov. 3, currently posted at the site of the Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) Board of Elections, figures for the ballots cast in many of the county's wards FAR exceed the total registered voters.
These preliminary figures do not contain the election results; only figures for registered voters and ballots cast for each ward.

Here are the suspect figures as compiled on a thread at Democratic Underground
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x31367.......................# Registered
Precinct................voters.........# votes cast..........% diff
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MAYFIELD................2764...........3145..................113.78%
MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS......12173..........14854.................122.02%
MORELAND HILLS..........2990...........4616..................154.38%
BEDFORD.................9942...........14465.................145.49%
BEDFORD HEIGHTS.........8142...........13512.................165.95%
OAKWOOD VIL.............2746...........7099..................258.52%
HIGHLAND HILLS VIL......760............8822..................1160.79% (holy crap!)
WOODMERE VIL............558............8854..................1586.73% (holy crap!)
I've checked all of the above figures and they are indeed what the BOE page shows still, five days later. (A compilation showing more discrepancies, as compiled from the same Cuyahoga BOE page, is below.)
The breakdowns for localities in the "final results" are not nearly as granular but at the level of House and State Senate districts, so that these discrepancies are hidden.
FINAL RESULTS
http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/BOE/results/EL45.txtSomeone has to go in there and add it all up on a spreadsheet to see how the preliminaries are reflected in the "finals." A whole bunch of someones also have to call the Cuyahoga BOE first thing Tuesday morning.
At any rate, the final Bush/Kerry score is predictably to Kerry's advantage, 433,262 to 215,624. This is a great place to hide an extra 20,000 for either without anyone taking note, is it not?
Go here to find out demographics for towns:
http://www.city-data.com/city/Oakwood-Ohio.htmlWoodmere Village, Highland Hills and Bedford Heights are heavily or majority black townships. Could this begin to explain the 20% increase in the black vote for Bush?!
Oakwood is 96 percent white.
This one is blowing my mind!!!
Confusion reigns in the info about how the vote in Cuyahoga is counted. Electionline.org says Cuyahoga vote count is by punch card, the less differentiated verifiedvoting.org calls it optical scan, but either way - I think it's magic.
Were the vote fraud perpetrators really this clumsy? I would guess it's true of all election frauds - the only way it's ever done is on the strength of intimidation, denial and polite assent by the defrauded.
Are we going to assent to the snuffing of the last democratic spark for fear of looking impolite?
