Just found this out, kinda interesting if true
My husband who has been reading things related to the Election, told me last night that He read an article that stated Poppy Bush went home EARLY the day after the election, BEFORE they decided that the Repugs had won. Before Kerry had conceded even. He said this was both on our local news, and on Yahoo. (Yeah, not the most reliable sources in the world, I know) It went on to state that the President hadn't by that time spoken to or even got a hug from Poppy congratulating his victory. Now, what is that about? Did Poppy KNOW something was up? Did Poppy leave to avoid being prosecuted or penalized for knowing something? Maybe this is nothing, But wouldn't they have at least talked about the "win"? I don't know, it just seemed a bit odd to me.

3. It IS odd
Hi NamVetsWeeLass:

This is my first time on this forum. Hope I don't make a fool out of myself.

I think that was odd too. I first heard about it the evening of 11/3/04, I think it was Chris Matthews. Wouldn't Daddy, as a former President and father of the current one, want to stick around for the final tally that may re-elect his son? That is, if the final tally wasn't already decided? This just verifies to me, that there was planned corruption of the voting process all over the nation.
