What can be done to restrain Blackwell?

It's clear that he's actively trying to stack all the advantages in the Ohio count to *'s advantage. He clearly has a conflict of interest. This is clearly not appropriate. What can be done?

Obstruction of an election process to favor one party or another is flat WRONG! We have already seen this guy try every trick in the book to swing the vote to Bush in his state! If a case is not being made against that man justice is a JOKE in America! If "liberty and justice FOR ALL", is not the way the country is going to operate, then we are not a democracy anymore!

If the outcome of this election was flawed, then democracy in America is no better than the Fake Puppet democracies Bush is now setting up in places like Iraq and Afghanistan and John Kerry knows it! Will Kerry fight for his country? He did it before in Viet Nam, when lesser men went AWOL!
