MSNBC still promoting "Noone was really for Kerry."
Edited on Thu Nov-11-04 02:04 PM by blm
Really pathetic conservative pundit pushing that it was only ABB, Kerry had no vision, and that noone can come forward and say that Kerry was a great guy.

Yeah, nothing visionary about promoting an environmental policy that also STRENGTHENS our National Security.

Or that Americans can lower their healthcare insurance bills AND have the same quality healthcare that members of Congress enjoy.

The Swift Boats Vets were a MUCH better story.

Typical GOP propaganda to tear down any Dem leader. They did it to Clinton and to Gore. Now they are doing it to the man who brought in at least 57 million votes.

9. ABB would draw 5000. Kerry drew 20-50 thousand consistently
throughout the campaign and with some rallies 80-120 thousand.

Something the media downplayed during the entire campaign.

They were really Anti-Gay Marriage, Anti-Abortion, single minded single issue voters who were fed fear and not a vision either.

11. gotta put them on the news, for supporters to be able to support
seems to me it is the media's issue for not putting a single kerry supporter on the news, so we could tell the asswipes all the reasons we are enthusied with kerry

14. Uh, didn't exit pollers erred by asking too many dedicated supporters?
Frankly, one lie more or less doesn't change things. As most people , here too, dismiss the exit polls in that Kerry won, but accept that they brought forth the value BS, who cares what new reality they give you? You'll duly study it until they give you the next one.

15. Obviously MSNBC snoozed through the caucus phase...
I dunno about y'all, but in my precinct caucus, I had a very animated discussion with about 20 of my neighbors. And 14 of them were total Kerry supporters, all the way. Back when they still had a choice, too. The rest of us were Deaniacs.

How do they suppose Kerry got to the primary, if no one really voted for him?

29. 55 MILLION didn't vote for ABB.
Edited on Thu Nov-11-04 06:34 PM by scout123
Anybody who watched a Kerry rally on CSPAN knows better. People were about to lose their arms stretching to touch the guy, and screaming "I shook his hand!" to their friends like he was a dang rockstar or something. They even did that in Philadelphia long after Clinton had already left. They even SCREAMED if he turned their way in hopes he would come over to them.

Even though alot of people stared out as ABB, after they saw him kick *'s a$$ in the first debate, they were 'converted'. Kerry looks, talks, and thinks more like a President than anyone Hollywood casting could provide, much less W.

God, what I wouldn't give for an international diplomat like Kerry in the White House right now.

I almost voted for Cobb but dutifully held my nose again. Kerry was a weak candidate with a weak platform. He did manage to kill a goose though.

19. OK for the sake of argument
Let's say that absolutely nobody was for Kerry. The boy king must be one of the most hated men in U.S. history that 56 million people voted to get his ass out of office no matter who took his place.

20. Seriously, turn it off blm. The world is upside down. Today
we honor veterans while for the last 6 months half this country tore one apart.

Nothing makes sense anymore.

I was flicking through the channels and did see Raj from The Apprentice on MSNBC but I just kept right on clicking. I watch The Apprentice - I already know he's an asshole, he made some stupid Clinton jokes on The Apprentice so I wouldn't be surprised if it was him.
