4. I read an autopsy will be done |
|
but I suspect it will give an immediate cause of death (e.g., brain hemorrhage) that doesn't tell much.
Personally, I'm not suspicious of anything - he was quite old. Old people die.

10. Yeah, they do. But there's always a cause. |
|
Heart failure, pulmonary failure, something.
75 isn't as old as it used to be, either. My 77 year old grandmother goes to Curves every day, and if she dropped dead I'd want to know why.
I'm not that suspicious about Arafat, actually. But I'm curious to know. A lot of people wanted him dead. Understatement of the year.

They have to bury them fast in the ME.

very few people live to 100. 75 is about the average lifespan for an AMERICAN man. The life expectancy for Israeli arabs is 72 (and that's EXPECTANCY at birth!)
I couldn't find life expectancy data for the Palestinian territories, but I can guarantee Arafat has exceeded the average.

brought about by stories of orgies in earlier days. (not a picture I want to visualize.)
The symptoms are in line.

Only the rightwing promoted the AIDS scenario, because it suits their need to villify him.

18. Yesterday a spokesperson said that he |
|
had a brain hemorrhage, and his kidneys and liver were shutting down, so I would say he had a meltdown. Wasn't he very ill went Sharon bulldozed his compound in Ramahla? That probably took a toll since he wasn't able to get his medication for awhile. He looked to me like he had Parkinson's disease too.
