The Trust is Gone
and it makes me sick.

I used to trust my Government.
I used to trust my Doctor.
I used to trust my News.
I used to trust my senses...

but now I don't.

1. Trust no one, nothing, except perhaps your God, if in fact God still
...speaks to you. If your God says that those who are publicly claiming they know what is best for this country and the world because their God told them what to do and bombing brown folks and killing and maiming innocent children and civilians are probably lying. They do not know what the will of God is, do not trust them. I do not believe that God would ever give such a directive to any one. God's message to all humans is to love one another and to help one another. The god of crude oil has a different message.

2. Trust
"Trust that fair, free, and open elections is gone. The one thing which so defines our standing in the world has become a farcical mess; our votes, hidden in black boxes, produced, programmed and controlled by a few corporations, can no longer be trusted to be counted correctly."

3. Good advice for these days from the Buddha:
"Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense."
