This summer I was told this was wrong...I wonder now.
I posted this in the summer. A friend had spent some time in a small group with Howard Dean. He told about these remarks. When I posted a few quotes, I was seriously told that we must be nice....we could win them over by being nice. I find myself wondering who would agree now?

QUOTE ...."I noticed something today while having the good fortune of spending some time with Howard Dean after a long depressing decompression post campaign. (This person had parted ways with Dean for a while over support of the nominee...but all is ok now.) Me and this guy, we’re like totalmente simpatico. I mean, I already knew that, but I suspected he’d changed. But he says, looking at me, “We are in a Civil War” “and we can’t afford to be nice.” Yeah! He gets it. He still gets it."
"You Do Not Compromise With The Right Wing” he says."END QUOTE

Just wondering if eyes are opened now more.
