2. Those are lame, aren't they?
They seem to cut down red staters much more than blue staters:

Fat, White and RED all over?

Red State Redneck?

Blue Balls? Doesn't that mean we have balls and the red staters don't?

3. Still better than all alternatives
At least all the ones that will work in the real world as opposed to economic fantasy land.

5. disgusting capitalism is the best we can come up with?
So called "Free Trade" is as much about freedom as Bush's "New Freedom Initiative".

It seems as though certain people think there can be only total capitalism or non-free trade.

How about a form of capitalism where the owners of corporations, those wo set the policies of the corporation, can be personally held accountable for the negative consequences of those policies? I think that would be a lot less disgusting, and it'd still be capitalism.

7. Fair point
But when you make a generalized attack like that I assume you are attacking the form itself not the way it is run in the US. I would like to see a lot more oversight on Corporations, myself. The best capitalism is a well regulated one.
