Hold a dinner for him where he has to have special versions of all the dishes, different from what the other attendees are having?

Kind of a "we don't consider you part of our in-group" message.

5. Not necessarily. -MOST- of it does if the cooking is long enough,

but some generally remains. But not enough, usually, to make it to the liver. ;-)
