Why aren't DUers taking the New Freedom Commission seriously?
Edited on Wed Dec-01-04 06:37 PM by Melodybe
It is real, they do want to drug you and your children. Both Democrats and Republicans voted to allow this thought policing.

Why aren't DUers taking this more seriously? Why aren't you telling everyone you know about this? Why aren't you calling your senators and representatives? Why aren't you writing letters to your local papers? Why isn't every person over at Air America shouting this into their microphones? Why aren't you doing anything?

I am.

Don't think this is real go ahead call your representatives, the phone number is 1 800 839 5276.

Please Duers do something.

2. New Freedom and Verichip
This and the president's plan to centralize all health records are scarey and dangerous. Grants have been made to investigate/develop Verichip technology (chip under the skin) to access medical records. Of course the first use is suggested for those with Altzheimers, but you know where this is going. And if they can't get you to put a chip under your skin, they will just put them in your passport (this is happening) or driver's license; this will allow the tracking of anyone carrying a card.

3. Actually, I e-mailed Barbara Boxer about it.
And thanks for the links. I have forwarded them to my Rethuglican relatives.

5. Not only the Verichip
They plan on dispensing our meds through chips under the skin too. So, we can't just say, well, they may force me to test, but they can't force me to medicate won't work...

4. It is going to be the subject
of this months Letter to the Editor. I am only allowed one a month, but I send to several area papers. Started writing it a couple of days ago. I already sent off letters to my Rep. and Sen. in Wisconsin. This will be a form of mind control, no mistake about that.

7. I wrote to Lou Dobbs...
He is doing a segment on his show on CNN about the "Overmedicating of America". I think this fits right in. I'm new and computer illiterate, so I don't know how to post a link...I just went to CNN.com then to Lou Dobbs section.

Since no MSM has reported on the riders to this spending bill, it's about time we (DU'ers) start bring the NFC to their attention. There is nothing like the force of DU when we put ourselves into action!

8. Unfortunately, most of those links are broken. I haven't seen any text
of the bill everyone is talking about. I can't get vocal about something I haven't even read. Why can't we find the actual text of the bill and amendment?

9. Its funding that is a part of the omnibus spending bill
Edited on Wed Dec-01-04 09:06 PM by seemunkee
20 million won't go far in testing all children but it's giving the program a start.

Go here http://thomas.loc.gov/ and type in HR 5236

13. Thanks for the link to the Paul Act, but in the Omnibus spending bill
I didn't see specific wording referring to mandatory testing at all. I'm not saying I'm not willing to do my own homework, but I actually waded through that damned bill and I didn't see it. I'll keep looking.

15. Look for amendment 3
And then read the proceedings surrounding it. There is discussion about the funding. You won't find wording that specifically mentions the testing but the 20M is for the program that will do the testing.

10. I want them to pass it, and I want Repukes to have to explain themselves.
And I want Bunnypants to have to explain himself when libertarian-minded Dems and Republicans start protesting and suing and demanding that he have his head examined first.
