It's official: Nov. is deadliest month, 137 reported dead so far

They finally added some of the most recent casualties we’ve been hearing about. The total conveniently stopped at 135 and hasn’t been updated since early yesterday morning, I’m sure a few more will be added beyond 137, it takes a few days to notify the families.

I wonder if the idiots in the Whitehouse are writing new propaganda to spill after the fighting continues to grow even after the elections, if they can be held on time at all.

1. The more soldiers die, the more heroic
the whole thing becomes, and the more our society is uplifted by all the heroism and bravery and self sacrifice. At least that seems to be how the media is playing it. That way, the more soldiers die, the better we can all feel about ourselves and our country.

People aren't really going to take the costs of this war seriously until it begins to affect them personally when the draft is reinstated. It's alot easier to admire the uplifting heroism of someone else's death than of your own kid's death. Unfortunately, I think that's what it's going to take.
