2. We need to be careful on "lying" accustation against Hagel, No. 5

Hagel has not been accused of any legal or ethical violation is the wording in the Hill News article. Clearly he is suspect, and I believe he was also one of those "it's a miracle" turnarounds in the 2002 election. (If someone can confirm this, it will be much appreciated.)

Also not included in this list is the Warren County lockdown, with the subsequent denial by the FBI or DHS that it had issued any "terror alert."

Good list. I wish there were more MSM sources for the public which is only capable of swallowing information when it's in pablum form.
