We need a progressive 24 hour news channel
We could call it "True News," or something. We need all the rich progressives out there (and there are a few) to follow Air America's lead, so we can pry America's liberals away from the mainstream media, and gradually get the moderates as well. Has there ever been any discussion about this?

2. Get a satellite dish immediately! We have it there!
Dish Network has TWO progressive networks. LINK TV and Free Speech TV. Both independent, both supported by funds by people, like PBS used to be.

For further info, go to Dish Network. Also, the greatest show on both channels is Democracy Now, a progressive news show on several times a day starring Amy Goodman. She is totally unafraid to take on the regime. Go to Democracynow.org for further info.

Note: You can also get LINK TV on Direct TV, but that's owned by Rupert Murdoch. Just so you know...

6. Hey, a Rockets fan!
It's been a shitty season so far, hasn't it! I was hoping they would cheer me up after the election, but 6-11 doesn't get it done! :(

4. Absolutely right...

FSTV is 9415 and LINK is 9410 on DISHTV which is part of EchoStar.
It is not actually 24 hour news, but they are progressive tv stations, with programs that are always very informative.
Democracy NOW! is an excellent news program that is on both channels.

If you go to CHOOSEBLUE.COM, you will see that DISHTV(EchoStar) is a Dem supporter.

DirectTV is part of NewsCorp which is Rupert Murdoch's empire.

PS I was very surprised to see on CHOOSEBLUE.COM to see that DISNEY and VIACOM were actually a big $$$ supporters of the Dems!!!

I wanted to check the site you referred to for others who 'choose blue' and it's coming up Blue Cross and Blue shield no matter how I type it in.

Edit: I think I found it at http://www.choosetheblue.com/main.php
