I don't know enuff about the topic to do the proposal. I would like such a discussion as a place to learn from and pose questions to those who have experience and knowledge about this topic.

1. A new poster mentioned that the other day,

said s/he was a union member. Not many union members post here, as far as I know. One guy named Martin used to post fairly often.

Everyone was better off in the fifties when union membership reached its peak because other wages went up, too.

I don't know of any forums either being a union member myself i know we are a misunderstood breed,getting blamed for just about everything bad,but never getting credit for raising wages for everyone making sure safety standards are enforced etc. We could sure use some good spin for once!
