Anyone heard anything more about the CA Declaration of Independence case?
You know, the one where Cupertino school district principal Vidmar is accused of violating the 1st and 14th amendment rights of one Mr. Williams, who only wanted to show his 5th-grade class how Christian the founders were by passing out pamphlets with out-of-context excerpts from various historical documents. The one that Drudge and Limbaugh are using to say that California has banned the Declaration of Independence.

I'm curious, cos it seems to have dropped off the radar after a week of inflammatory coverage.
