Keep watching television. Keep listening to your radio. |
|
Keep thinking that the art museum is boring, and that language exists only for translation for commercial or political purposes, and that the library exists solely to rent Chrighton ( or Nora something...) books or cruise the Internet.
It will earn you extra ignorance.
What happened to individual curiosity and creativity?
Get up and listen to the cable news. Be afraid! Buy more stuff! Get with the theme song and cheesy graphics of the news channel! Be more afraid!
What has happened to the free and brave among us?

When we aren't posting our ravings on DU ...that is...gotta have some kind of community sharing just to feel we are alive. :D

" we used to think Big Brother was watching us,now we are watching Big Brother "The dumbing down of America has been a long process put in place for some very evil reasons. The neocons want a stupid country and have made alot of progress toward that goal.Technology isn't a replacement for imagination but it looks that way in homes with big screen t.v.s replacing art and houses with no books in them except coffee table best sellers to impress the quests.Steve Allen was right.
