8. I have been saying this for a long time. We will be paid back

EU is also building their countries. As I said a few weeks ago read about Finland's schools. Also China's schools. We need people who will get away from wars. I think the Red states do not really know where a lot of their money comes from. The blue states. No rich person is going to build the roads in your town and you can be sure of that. Local tax needs to come from the people who want to use this stuff. Not to build a bomb.
