I heard something interesting on the telly today... so say the 911 thingy
that just passed will help mitigate the proliferation of weapons.... this coming from prolly the largest arms exporter/dealer/seller in the history of the world... seems like something is going to break somewhere.

This would be akin to plugging off a positive displacement pump and cranking the engine up. Not a pretty sight.
