Bush skips to the middle of the stage to cheer on his troops....
Unfortunately, it is the fourth quarter and his team is behind by 20 points. The time is running out. There is only so much rah-rah left in the troops. The cheerleading is beginning to ring just a little false and hollow. They do not see the grand come-from-behind victory that the Cheerleader-in-Chief is predicting. They see more dying. They do not realy need more cheers.

3. I'll bet he even skips with his palms facing backwards
He could demonstrate what it'd look like if Chimps could skip.
