Need some help

Randy Neugebauer has twice now sent the same form letter to us in response to our questions regarding his stance on family planning, and it's just a big ol' lie. Or maybe he's mistaken. Or maybe he's just not too bright.... Anyway, here's a portion of the form letter we get:

"...The Fiscal Year 2005 Foreign Operations request provides $399.2 billion for bilateral international reproductive health and family planning programs..."

Billions?? Billions? Try millions, Randy.. and that's hardly enough. We have pointed out this error in this letter and guess what we got back...... THE SAME LETTER.

I am asking for help for DUer's to write and let him know he's spreading a lie.
