Every inherent problem in your country is an opportunity
If you want your businesses to change, then change your buying habits. If you want your country to change, then change your voting habits. If you want your healthcare system to change, then change the way you interact with your physicians. If you want the litigatiousness of your whole society to change, then the next time somthing happens where you could sue sombody- don't.It's as simple as that.

2. But your votes with your dollars still do.
And they do pay attention to that.

Um... ok... if I get hurt doing something as part of my job and lose all ability to earn an income for the rest of my life due to injuries sustained, or if I am injured due to someone's absolute negligence or intent, I'll be sure and not sue anybody. I'm sure that Social Security will provide more than enough. :eyes:

6. Excuse me, but if I groped an underling, I should be sued...
and if I called someone a raghead, same deal. What's your point? If there's evidence of the same, why would you want someone who has been wronged not to get some retribution?

7. It's "litigiousness"
Even that sounded like a suspect word, so I checked Google.

It's highly popular in all the "tort reform" sites.

No thanks!
