During this coronation of the bush HONK YOUR HORNS
turn on that radio and when the thief says i do, lean on your horn and if you have no car scream your head off.We have to do something to let the world know that this may be be the biggest mistake in history,it you're marching scream,if you can't march lean on that horn.If 50 million plus people do this, the sound will be proud and very loud.I am sick of crying and being mad like all of us here, lets show these bastards we care about tomorrow for everyone on this planet because we better do something soon.

1. You know...

This is actually a good idea, if we could get people to do it. The week after the election there was a bit of a horn-honking thing going on. I live in RED NC so I was a bit icky about blowing my horn at every other car (you know, they arrest people for that up here...damned backwoods areas...)

Then near the end of the week, there was a car packed with teenagers at a stoplight, blowing their horn incessantly. Two were hanging out the back windows, shouting 'Bush stole the election! Look up black box voting on the internet!'

I was so proud to honk my horn right back at them. Tears came to my eyes, they really did. I rolled down my window and shouted back at them. They cheered (apparently I was the first car to respond to them with something other than 'fuck you')

Everyone else thought we were crazy, but living in a very very very neo-republican area, it was so cool to find other people who'd heard of the election fraud.

Anyway, yes I think this is a great idea!

2. Like some of us here at DU
I think that all those who oppose this administration should display an inverted American flag the day of the inauguration and wear black ribbons or armbands for a week to signify mourning (for the death of fairness in our country).

3. Don't people usually honk their horns when they want to support something?
Sort of like when you are driving by and honk your horn in support of someone standing out in the curb with some sign or another on an issue that you support? If we all honked our horns during bush's re installation, wouldn't that be heard as support for L'Enfant?
