Its not just about Hitler

I hate when i hear about the Hitler comparison in terms that are frankly void of sense. The exercise of extracting historical analogs is not fruitless at all, but the comparison drives away attention from the real comparison; the one occurring at the level of society.

But one prefers to fight the big man, which serves in a way, as a decoy. Is not only about hitler; its about Stalin, its about Franco, its about Pinochet and its about every freaking zealot that makes that tickle in peoples minds that only with him they are safe; that makes people think that without him, they are going to fall in a depth abyss of some unspoken kind

This also goes for the conscious prolongation of the myth of the far west; when there isnt law (understanding law as what it is, the law of the few) then complete chaos must follow. This is what is called a "self-fulfilling prophecy". That myth is a well constructed circle (a circle is something that supports upon nothing but itself) that has driven conquest and destruction along history, no surprises
here

What still amuses me is how progressively smart people become self-blinded by choosing to believe or dismiss a point of view, instead of understanding it. That process usually doesnt stop until the head is completely inside a lower, dark cavity, where TV's and malls can be reacommodated to scape the uneasiness of having allowed, by a no-action, someone to crap onto one's world. (meaning world all that is around that affects you in ways that you deem important)
