4. i heard that
the "illegal nanny" story being pushed is all a smokescreen. that bernie was having an affair with a new york city socialite and she broke it off with him and he did'nt like it. so when he was calling harrassing her, she has TAPES. ALA BILL O'RIELLY!

5. I figured the nanny story was hiding something. The BFEE wouldn't
let a simple nanny story side wind a loyal BFFE spokes person.

Cabinet I with Linda Chávez who had hired an undocumented alien. I think he was prepared to stand next to Chávez but the pressure put on her by the press (?), democrats, and others = (bush goons, maybe?) was too great so she ended up withdrawing her nomination.

6. I'm sure we'll find out eventually, and you're right
a "nannygate" is nowhere near tough enough to discourage BFEE.
Perhaps he'd have to forgo some big "taser" contract?
(although it didn't deter Chaney)

10. Kerik was probably a ringer
-- No doubt they'll now unveil the one they really wanted in all along. And that person will make Kerik look like a cupcake.

11. Richard Perle?
He sure does the insider trading on information to make money in his private companies... so his exploits are a little more "hidden" since the general public doesn't seem to read the New Yorker...

Granted Perle doesn't really have the background... but when did that stop the bushies from placing ideological and corruptly connected cronies into these positions?

19. Gerald Hege is available
Hege doesn't have any stinking nanny problems.

Bush will simply have to get him off house arrest--he was busted for corruption and forced to step down as Davidson County sheriff--but what the hell, he'd be the most honest member of the Bush Cabinet.
