CNN just reported that Iraqi reconstruction is coming along on schedule
But the odd thing was that the accompanying video as the CNN lady was talking was of a couple of Iraqis under US guidance picking up pieces of bodies! They were picking up arms, legs, even a pair of shoes that looked like they still had someones feet inside them. They were stacking all these body parts up on to a gurney and taking it away. WTF kind of reconstruction is this?

3. decoded: "The transfer of tax revenue to Halliburton proceeds on schedule"
Once the funds transfer schedule is complete, and barring additional appropriations measures from congress, "reconstruction" will be declared a success regardless of the conditions in Iraq.

5. This is Bush's version of 'reconstruction'

Now we all know he has a problem with the English language. What he really meant was that we were going to Iraq to desconstruct it.

6. Fallujah 'Reconstruction' = sewage in the streets!

Iraqi contractors mobilize 10 septic tankers to help the U.S. Navy (news - web sites) and Marines clear flooded streets in Falluja, in this undated handout photo released by the U.S. military on December 12, 2004. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) expressed concern recently about civilians in Falluja, where sewage is flowing in the streets and hundreds of bodies apparently lie in a warehouse since a U.S. assault. 7. This would assume two things:
That the US has a schedule for the "reconstruction" (Southerners will find that word amusing) and that CNN has somehow obtained the schedule and is industrious enough to investigate the progress of the War To Make Dick Cheney Rich(er) and compare it to the schedule.

Doubtful and........doubtful.
