Please read this:

If you have any insights or suggestions about how to best handle this, I would appreciate them in either that or this thread, or in a private message.

My big concern is that nothing in this harm my daughter, who is an A Honor Roll, Leadership Council type of student.

And, no, I haven't discussed what I'm already doing (calling Superintendent's office, since this is a principal I'm complaining about).

1. I have no advice for you but I can share some of your sentiments
I am a junior in college. Last fall was my first semester on campus (I previously took all virtual classes). Sometime during the fall semester both last year and this year, old men stood outside each building by the doors, handing out mini bibles. Last year I just took it because I was late to class and he was in my way. This year I said no, and he wouldn't take no for an answer and insisted that I take one. I still refused and pushed past him into the door.
What really infuriates me is that I'm not Christian! I'm Pagan and Proud! I don't want a bible, yet it seems that there is no way to get around these guys without being mean or causing a scene. I don't know what church they come from or what denomination they are. I would love to complain about it, but I don't know who to complain to. I know there is a "no solicitation" policy on campus, but I'm sure that doesn't apply because they aren't selling anything, just handing out bibles....
BTW, I am in Western Kansas...so of course it doesn't help that I am in the bible belt either....

I agree, if there are any suggestions out there on how to deal with these people, I would appreciate hearing them too. That way I can be prepared for the next time they come to campus.
