to make up for the lack of programs due to tax breaks for millionaires. Or, states will say fuck it, let locals raise the revenue. Damn those tax and spend liberals. haily bar-bore, the gop governor of this red state, who says he will never raise taxes, releases his budget today and the mood in the state capitol is that the world is coming to an end. What will bush's base do when the food stamps and welfare dries up? Is this what you call, voting against your best interests?
