Where the hell is the outrage re: Medicare losing $20 Bil from "errors"

First of all, you don't lose $20 Bil from "errors", give me a damn break. $20 million, maybe, BILLION, no way! Somebody needs to be held accountable. It seems pretty obvious to me that the government has no problem with this. I don't even think they're going to do an investigation, though they do want to cut the rate of "questionable payments" by more than half, to 4 percent, not next year, but by 2008! So let's give them a pat on the back for that. Then in 2008, they can celebrate thier annual loss of $10 billion. This has to be a significant amount of these insurance companies' income, I'm going to look into that.
