Does anyone know the names of the songs
that are played at the beginning of

1) The Majority Report (has something about "you fascists" in it)
2) Malloy's program?

1. May I add another song to this list?
At the beginning of Anderson Cooper, there's a riff that sounds like it might be a cover of Primary by the Cure.

Any ideas?

2. 1) Billy Bragg and Wilco
They took unpublished Woody Guthrie songs and put music to them. Not sure of the album name, but I know it's on amazon. The song's called "All you fascists" if my memory serves me correctly.

to keep me kickin'!!

But I won't go to amazon because they donate 61% of their political monies to the repugs... I was rather surprised at that but it's true.

I like "Think I'm Fixin' to Die Rag" by Country Joe-- probably WAY too far back for most of you but it's still a kicker.

Also "For What it's Worth" by Buffalo Springfield.

And I know Dylan had tons of protest songs but I can't think of one.

If anyone has any to add to my pathetic list, please do.

Thanks
