Wife regrets man's huge lottery win
http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/12/14/lottery.winners.fall.ap/index.html

CHARLESTON, West Virginia (AP) -- The wife of the lottery winner who took home the richest undivided jackpot in U.S. history says she regrets his purchase of the $314.9 million ticket that has thrust her family into the public spotlight.

<snip>

Since winning the lottery two years ago, her husband, Jack Whittaker, has been arrested twice for drunken driving and has been ordered into rehab. He pleaded no contest Monday to a misdemeanor assault charge for attacking a bar manager, and is accused in two lawsuits of making trouble at a nightclub and a racetrack.

Well I guess they could give the money to charity if its causing such a headache for them....might I suggest the Fryguy Debt Reduction Fund....a very worthy cause, if I do say so myself....:bounce:

1. Money didn’t cause their problems.
In my opinion, anyway. Money can’t make people into assholes, it just gives them more ways to express the negative attributes that are already there.

2. I remember this guy.
He made a big deal of thanking God and giving money to his church. Just another hypocrite I guess.

4. Boy, I sure wish I had won that lottery. Half naked hula girls would
be spanking my bare butt with palm leaves and this idiot is driving drunk. He needs me to help him spend the money and for imaginative guidance.
