6. I watched the video

There's a disconnect between the words and the visuals. I think their PR department is having the same sort of cultural misunderstanding as our White House has (or pretends to have) with them. If their target audience is the left, the script is well suited to it, but the visuals showing them with all their weapons is horribly wrong. They would have to show something more along the lines of the one closeup of the dead guy, to gain sympathy - not video of them shooting. In other words, play up the injustice of what's happening to them, rather than playing up their will to fight, which isn't going to sway the left at all, and will just further anger the right.

Our leaders are obviously beholden to their corporate masters, who want this war and will not take no for an answer. They're totally unwilling to speak with these people.

5. i had never been to that site before...

i lurked about a bit throughout the message boards... pretty scary the views about Iraqi's.
in their messageboard overall tho - have to say that some seemed reasonable people - some seemed just whacked. i guess that's what they would say about us if they lurked here.

always good to have insight into the other sides views. i still don't get why they hate gays, i read several threads on that issue. why are they so threatened by someone elses sexual orientation?

if you don't like gay sex, don't participate in it. simple enough. live and let live works too.

but that's just me. i figure love is good in any form.
