"Fallujah In Pictures" website gets Freeper Hatemail!....
http://fallujahinpictures.com/

This is an excellent web site I just came across showing in photos the true cost of war. Check out the Hatemail this nice fellow who runs the site gets. Good lordy this guy must have had a case of kool-aide before this one...

~snip~
I guess you would have been perfectly content with the Iraqi Olympic team getting their ankles broken and testicles electrocuted for not winning gold medals at the hands of Saddam Hussein's raping, torturing, murdering sons. 1,700,000 people tortured and 300,000 killed in less than 30 years. Kurdish toddlers gassed to death in their dead mothers' arms. But hey! We don't want our all-volunteer kids to get hurt or killed, so let's just turn a blind eye and go covet some movie stars. Brilliant. You must not have any children. You don't support our troops, as you ruefully point out that you do on your obscene website. Supporting our troops means sending them care packages, patting them on the back in airports, writing thank you cards to wounded troops in hospitals, and wearing a killed in action bracelet on your wrist. It means scanning internet casualty lists and sending emails of support and condolence to the family members of our gallant dead. It means supporting their mission, and the manner in which they choose to accomplish it. It means supporting their chain of command, and their Commander-in-Chief (read: 60 million votes). Anything less is a comfort to the enemy (read: treason). So the question is, do YOU doubt your cause? The more you whine and bitch like a spoiled little brat, the more people will not take you seriously, and the more "hate" mail you will receive. Your existence would be laughable if it wasn't so dangerous to our troops. You're not helping them with your shit website. You are validating our enemies. You are our enemy. I encourage you to post this message on your website.

1. "300,000 killed in less than 30 years"
What about the 120,000 in about 2 years? At this rate we are going to have Saddam beat by 2008.

2. I am sure the civilian death rate is closer to 200,000...
at least that is what the Lancet report stated. That does not include Fallujah victims or any 'insurgent' deaths. Yep, the aWol* asshat has saddam beat in deaths for sure.

5. Aaaaahhhhhh..., about who killed all those Iraqis.....
Don't forget the Gulf war. Remember the highway of death?

THE HIGHWAY OF DEATH

On a 60-mile stretch of road from Mutlaa, Kuwait, to Basra, Iraq, a convoy of more than 2,000 vehicles and tens of thousands of Iraqi soldiers and civilians were fleeing. These were people who were putting up no resistance, many with no weapons, leaving in cars, trucks, carts, and on foot. The American armed forces bombed one end of the main highway from Kuwait City to Basra, sealing it off and then bombed the other end of the highway, sealing it off. They positioned mechanized artillery units on the hill overlooking the area and then, both from the air and the land, massacred every living thing on the road. Fighter bombers, helicopter gunships, and armored battalions poured merciless firepower on those trapped in the traffic jams, backed up as much as 20 miles. One U.S. pilot reportedly said, "It was like shooting fish in a barrel." That fateful stretch of road has since been dubbed the "Highway of Death."

The Highway of Death
incinerated body of an Iraqi soldier on the “Highway of Death”, a name the press has given to the road from Mutlaa, Kuwait, to Basra, Iraq. U.S. planes immobilized the convoy by disabling vehicles at its front and rear, then bombing and strafing the resulting traffic jam for hours. More than 2,000 vehicles and tens of thousands of charred and dismembered bodies littered the sixty miles of highway.

The clear rapid incineration of the human being suggests the use of napalm, phosphorus, or other incendiary bombs. These are anti-personnel weapons outlawed under the 1977 Geneva Protocols. This massive attack occurred after Saddam Hussein announced a complete troop withdrawal from Kuwait in compliance with UN Resolution 660.

Such a massacre of withdrawing Iraqi soldiers violates the Geneva Convention of 1949, common article 3, which outlaws the killing of soldiers who “are out of combat”.

3. Faulty logic
They seem to think that whatever Saddam did or didn't do justifies the carnage inflicted by our soldiers on innocent Iraqis. And it is obvious they don't want to know about this. They've totally bought the notion that the US is always "the good guy" and they are figuratively standing with their eyes shut, fingers in their ears, saying "Treason treason treason" to block out the truth of the situation.
