Has been since maybe 2001. What if he was being poisoned while in that class? A decapitation strike would have been the obvious conclusion to that campaign, and I always figured one or more were in progress that day. And why else the day in the air running?

Which is what class action lawsuits are for.
Not surprised Buxh wants to eliminate or cap them.

When GM builds a defect into a car, and they know about 300 people may die, they can compare the cost of recall vs the cost of paying out the max allowable cash settlements. and choose the lower ammount.

But Buxh is doing this "for the people"......Bullshit.
