9. Not really.
Chimpy's margins were really not that great. He WILL alienate a hell of a lot of people, before it is over. Add to that the young who will be voting in 4 years, young who in the last election broke strongly for Kerry. Pissed off military. Pissed off elderly. Pissed off working class.

AAR is growing and getting great ratings in their markets. that creates a lot of buzz.

There are a lot of positives on the table. It's just early in the game, hard to see and we're beat up and cynical.

Someone needs to tell Rove that 1000-year Reich's never work out.

10. Yeah, very funny. Ha ha.
How many times have I seen status reports from projects within my company that use the phrase "poised for success". Success that so rarely happens. Sounds like Dobbs is tapping into a resevoir of wishful thinking.

12. There was a book about the coming Democratic majority or something
Edited on Thu Dec-16-04 07:02 PM by Mountainman
It was about the rise of the minorities who mostly vote Democrat. That is a reason why California stays Democrat. Ever since Pete Wilson and Prop 187, the minorities turned the state into a Democratic state. It could happen nationally if enough people get pissed off at the Repubs.

14. It will never happen if the vote is rigged.
We may be the growing majority, but the Republican elite hold all the power.
