Fox announced Tuesday it will ring in the new year with a heartwarming, 90-minute special in which a woman, put up for adoption as an infant, quizzes eight men in the hopes of determining which is her biological father. If she's right, she wins a reunion and $100,000. If she's wrong, she still gets to meet her father, but the guy she incorrectly pegged as her parent wins the cash.

by baiting them with HUGE amounts of money and very manipulative Hollywood people to make fools of themselves on TV, and nothing is too personal evidentally. As a non adopted person I find it insulting and disgusting too.

I am 58 and had searched for over 50 years to find my biological mother and FINALLY with a breakthrough 3 years ago, I found that my Mother had just recently died and I was 2 years too late to meet and know my beautiful and wonderful Mother. I know this about her from the 2 brothers and sister I found and had never known about. My life has been so fullfilled by this reunion and it was very private and emotional and I would NEVER want a public viewing of such a sensitive event or have the subject treated in such a way as this show is presenting it. I feel this new reality show is disgusting. So, to any adopted adults still searching for the TRUTH.....NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP! My brothers and sister and I are VERY HAPPY! It is a miracle!
