The freeptards' newest enemy
Edited on Fri Dec-17-04 04:15 PM by rockydem
The mountian lion...ohhhh....

They're 'giant rats'. The fucking freepers are such monumental pussies. I grew up all over the Rocky Mountian West, and still live here. I've never been worried about a Mountian Lion attack, as such attacks are very rare. Mountian Lions leave people alone 99.99999 percent of the time.

Freepers are fucking pussies. They're all scared over there of Mountain Lions now. Hey freepers - any of you reading this post - I want you to know that I think you're fucking weaklings, and the pure scum of the earth. Got that fucktards?

ON EDIT: Here's the thread - http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1303226/posts

1. Typing the phrase "Giant Rats"...
With one hand, in their parent's basement, while fondling their gun.

Mountain Lions. Real sons and daughters of the great outdoors, that lot.

Wussies all. Lives governed by fear.

Edited on Fri Dec-17-04 04:15 PM by BiggJawn
Who'd they plagerise it from, Al Martin?

"There are also rumors across the Midwest that state game agencies -- sometimes using black helicopters -- are secretly planting mountain lions in farm country."

N-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o!!!! NOT "BLACK HELICOPTERS"!!!

"Moving along wooded river corridors, they can travel 50 to 100 miles in a night."

Uh, I'd have trouble going 100 miles in a night along "wooded river corridors" on a fuckin' Ural MOTORCYCLE!

7. You destroy habitats, you get mountain lions
You overdevelop, you destroy natural habitats, you get unwanted populations of animals in your town. There is cause and effect here.

8. I once worked for a guy who said :
"The mountain lions are so stupid - they kill a deer and only eat a part of it. Then the forest rangers have to go out and bring in the rest of the dead deer. Then the stupid cats go out and kill another one. The gummint wants to hire me to go shoot the lions. And there are way too many deer out there, too. The gummint needs hunters to go kill deer and mountain lions."

They didn't hire him. He voted Nixon, Reagan, and Bush.

11. Hard to determine the real posts from satire. I fear this one is real.
I loved living in America when there were no major populations of wild animals. One could safely walk through the forests and enjoy the great outdoors, and people could actually drive on highways without risking life and limb. We didn't miss the animals. There were plenty of them at the zoo if one felt a need to see them. But that was when people were allowed to hunt. I dream of a world with no deer and no predatory animals (even two legged ones).

12. It's an excuse to kill something.
You're right. I see the tracks every now and then, but I have never actually seen one strolling around. I think that's why they are called ghost of the rockies. They keep out of sight. There have been attacks in areas where civilization has encroached into their range, but they are very seldom considering that they are around and a lot of people don't even know it. I know I surprised one of my neighbors pointing the tracks to her one day.

20. Weird-o-rama
I mean, 4-year-olds and poodles should be wary of cougars, but an adult has very little to worry about. Particularly an adult with a gun - or one with a mule!

When they aren't using Murdoch or Rev. Moon as a source they are pretty good researchers. But then they tie their work to death, murder, extinction, genocide, power and indirect slavery and that's when things go haywire over there.

They are now on a kill a wild species kick, now.

You have to remember that some freeper-types are smart and are doing what they do for power and money and they make up the ideology to fit whatever plans they have and then the fundie-freeper types are the rank and file and will never have that power or money, but have instead been sucked into the scam.

27. Good thing the freeptards don't hunt cougars in Florida
where they are known as Florida panthers and under protection because they are on the verge of extinction. Florida panthers are black mountain lions.

I used to live in Colorado and mountain lions were frequently in my back yard because the idiot next door used to feed the mule deer. I was more afraid of a male mule deer during the mating season than I was of the mountain lions who came to feed on the deer. I did keep my dogs fenced in, however.

28. Do you mean that they are F*ing the Cats
or are you denigrating the female anatomy by referring to
F*ing Pussies - Perhaps you can use another type of slur that
will refer to the cowardly Freeps and not by denigrating over
half the world's population anatomy.
Thanks---words are powerful and should be used precisely!

29. No reason to get so angry at the poor misguided souls.
From reading the thread some sound like complete idiots while others make jokes about it.
I think the tone of your message is way past rude.
Your behavior is narrow minded, if you're gonna attack these people, pick a slightly more repugnant issue like their xenophobia, gay-hating, sexism and intolerance, rather than their fear of mountain lions.

30. Man Eater!
I remember in the late 80's the Arizona Game & Fish warned hikers of a dangerous mountain lion in the Santa Rita's. I think it may have had an altercation with a hiker's dog. It was described potential "Man Eater".

So they hired some hunters to track it down and kill it. When they did, this monster weighed in at ummmm... 30 pounds. Yeah, "Man Eater". I've seen scarier bunnies.

Plaease tell me this is dry wit and sarcasm.
